As a licensed Associate and Managing Member of Forward Commercial Group (FCG), Rachelle is responsible for both business and marketing operations. Rachelle has significant experience in developing business processes and continuous improvements as well as coordination of business plans and strategies for growth.  As marketing manager, Rachelle oversees all company branding and property marketing across all platforms such as websites, social media, campaigns, and advertisements. In addition, she is responsible for the hiring, appraisal, and on-boarding of staff.
