FCG Closes Sale of 8,100 SF Building Once Home to Tribute Restaurant

Forward Commercial Group (FCG) closes on the sale of 31425 W. Twelve Mile Road in Farmington Hills, once home to much-celebrated Tribute restaurant. The 8,100 SF restaurant property was sold for an undisclosed price. FCG Principal Broker, Emil Cherkasov, represented the seller and Central Properties Group represented the buyer.
