Forward Commercial Group (FCG) closes on the sale of 3,200 SF former TCF Bank at 33075 23 Mile Rd in Chesterfield Twp. The property will be the new home to a drive-thru Lefty's Famous Cheesesteaks. FCG Principal Broker, Emil Cherkasov, represented both the Seller and Purchaser. Th property was sold for an undisclosed amount.
