Forward Commercial Group (FCG) announces another lease signing by senior associate Geoff Kotila, this time for space located at 8424 E. Twelve Mile Rd. in Warren. Geoff represented the tenant, Janice The Tax Lady. Since starting FCG six months ago, Geoff has been very active in both Oakland and Macomb county CRE markets.
